Privacy

Belli Siciliani B&B, Strada Mătăsari 47, Sector 2, Bucharest, is run by Joele Pietro Barbera, who is responsible for your data.

What we collect. When you do the online check-in: your name, date and place of birth, nationality, address, ID document and its number, contact details, stay dates and the reason for the trip. The same for a second guest, if there is one.

Why. Romanian law requires accommodation providers to register every guest. We use the data only for that and to contact you about your stay. We don't sell it or use it for advertising, and we only share it with the authorities when the law requires it.

How long. We keep it only as long as the law requires, then delete it.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to joelepietrobarbera@gmail.com or calling +40 730 936 314. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
